Celtic fans have been reacting to comments made by graduate Dane Murray following an interview with the website.

The 17-year-old defender has recently been called up to train with the first team following his new deal that he signed at the club that will keep him at until the summer of – a big show of faith when you consider Celtic still don’t have a first-team manager in place, but they obviously think Murray will be a part of the furniture whoever they appoint in the coming months.

In his interview, relayed to fans on the club’s official Facebook page, Murray spoke about what making the step up to the first team means to him and his experiences so far. And there were plenty of excited fans ready to discuss his future, with many fans hoping to see him get some minutes under his belt in the near future:

With the league campaign pretty much over at this point, there certainly should be some opportunity for him to get some playing time, just to see if they have a gem on their hands.
