Lots of Celtic supporters have been talking about an update involving Eddie Howe that recently emerged on social media.

The Daily Record has recently published a report about Howe, saying that the Englishman is now holding out for the Celtic job and he has already rejected two offers to manage in the Premier League. He has rejected a chance to succeed Chris Wilder at United, knocking back an offer from another top-flight English side which has a manager in position.

The report has stated that Howe’s representatives have been in talks with and talks are expected to advance in the next few days well.

Considering that Howe helped Bournemouth climb from League One to the Premier League, he’s a manager who knows how to raise standards at the club he manages.

Celtic have failed in the Champions League over the last few seasons and they’ve now lost the too. This suggests that they need someone who can raise the standards and going by his record, Howe knows how to do that.

Keeping in mind that Howe has managed in the Premier League and other want him, Celtic would be getting a manager who has the experience of managing at a high level.
