The report has stated that Howe’s representatives have been in talks with the Hoops and talks are expected to advance in the next few days as well.
A source close to the talks has told The Daily Record: “Eddie is extremely keen on Celtic and claims that he only wants a job in England couldn’t be further from the truth.”

A lot of these Celtic fans are buzzing about the news involving Howe and they want him to manage their club soon.
Considering that Howe helped Bournemouth climb from League One to the Premier League, he’s a manager who knows how to raise standards at the club he manages.
Celtic have failed in the Champions League over the last few seasons and they’ve now lost the Premiership title too. This suggests that they need someone who can raise the standards and going by his record, Howe knows how to do that.
Keeping in mind that Howe has managed in the Premier League and other Premier League clubs want him, Celtic would be getting a manager who has the experience of managing at a high level.
