Celtic fans, can you get 8/8 on this quiz on forgotten players? First up: who is this?

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Celtic fans who were not shy in sharing their thoughts about this latest transfer update.

So, what did these Celtic fans have to say in response to this latest piece of transfer news?

“So we are going to continue with who exactly scouting and signing players? Its a worrying situation.”

@southdownbhoy11

“Yet another signing with no input from a manager/DoF. Unbelievable”

@Tim_Poster

“If our budget is say 20mill max and we need as many players as we do then there is less than zero chance we are spending a 4th of it on one player”

@Seanmac1407

“So the under bidding begins…”

@zerobeard

“Would be a right good signing.”

@KevHackett83

“We’ve no manager and no director of football, who’s making this decision?”

@euanmc92

“We must mean business”

@VFLWeah

The 19-year-old, who is currently valued at £2.7 million, has made 22 appearances for his club in the first tier of Croatian football, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the process (per Transfermarkt).

Looking at the replies to this post, it seems that this news of the apparent bid rejection for Vuskovic has resulted in a plethora of different reactions from these Celtic fans, with some thinking about a potential future deal for the defender, whereas others are more focused on the club’s current position with summer transfers overall.

In our view, given how far Celtic have fallen behind Rangers at the top of the SPFL table this season, it feels that they will need to have a major revamp of their squad if they want to get close to winning the title next season.
