In an exclusive in This Is Futbol, Steve Bull, who is Wolves’ all-time top scorer, has claimed that Vitinha is struggling to make an impact, including against West Ham last week.

The 21-year old joined Wolves on-loan last summer from FC Porto, but has seen both first-team minutes and starts hard to come by under Nuno Espirito Santo.

Has Vitinha been a good signing for Wolves?

Yes!

No!

Vitinha has started just two games Premier League games this season with them coming in back-to-back fixtures when Wolves faced Manchester United and Brighton, which saw them earn just one point.

Speaking on what Vitinha was like during his 18-minute cameo against West Ham and what the future may hold for him, Bull told This Is Futbol:

“He came on against West Ham for the final 20 minutes and he looked a bit busy but it was hard for him to break their midfield down as it was a tough game.

Vitinha is a busy player for Wolves and maybe because he’s a youngster coming through then next year could be his season.”

To kick off this quiz on Wolves transfers, which player was the Old Gold's club-record transfer fee paid on according to Transfermarkt?

Wolves initially signed Vitinha on loan, however, it has been reported that because of the great relationship between Porto and Jorge Mendes, the midfielder will be signed permanently in the summer.

It has been difficult for the midfielder to break into Nuno’s side and break up the ever-reliable pairing of Joao Moutinho and Ruben Neves in midfield.
