Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to the performance of Eric Dier during their game against Southampton.
Whilst there have been some changes at the club recently in the dugout, it looks as if there haven’t been too many changes on the pitch, with Dier keeping his place in the side that he’s earned back in recent weeks and making his 34th appearance in all competitions this season.
However, there were plenty of fans that were watching at home that would rather he’d have gone the same way as Jose Mourinho, out the door, as he came in for some criticism from supporters online for his display against the Saints, which isn’t exactly a good look when you’re just days away from a cup final with places up for grabs:

However, the central defender was actually rated as one of the better players for Spurs this evening, with Football Critic gifting him a rating of 6.6, so perhaps these Spurs fans above were premature with their judgments.
