Lots of Tottenham Hotspur fans have flocked to a video involving Christian Eriksen that emerged on social media.

Former Spurs star Eriksen recently scored for his current club Inter in their 1-1 draw against Rino Gattuso’s Napoli in Serie A. The win allowed Antonio Conte’s men to maintain a nine-point lead over rivals Milan, who have played as many games as the Nerazzurri.

Eriksen scored Inter’s only goal of the game and the video of that goal was relayed on Twitter by The Spurs Web (which originated from ESPN). Many Tottenham fans made their views clear about it.

Eriksen departed Spurs in January 2020 for a fee of £16.9m. While the Dane struggled to be a part of Conte’s side earlier in the campaign, the midfielder has now played more regularly. In the current campaign, he has only contributed to two goals in all competitions. The goal against Napoli was his first of the league campaign (as per Transfermarkt).

Spurs have had quite a few odd players over the years, but can you remember them? Here is the first one, who is this former Tottenham man?

A lot of these Spurs fans seem to have regrets about the fact that the club let Eriksen leave last year. They’re making their views clear about it.

Considering that Inter seem close to winning their first Scudetto since 2010 and Eriksen can be a part of that team, it is easy to see why Tottenham fans regret Eriksen’s exit. Kyle Walker left the club to win the Premier League with Man City as well, but he couldn’t win a single trophy at Tottenham.

Keeping that in mind, it is understandable why Spurs fans are frustrated about Eriksen.
