A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have flocked to a post from TranSPURS, which has relayed news from Alasdair Gold’s latest Q & A.
The Football.London reporter revealed that there is no truth in the Maurizio Sarri to Spurs rumours which emerged on Tuesday.
He said: “I understand there’s no truth in Spurs looking to bring Maurizio Sarri in.”
Rai Sport (via Sport Witness) claimed that the former Chelsea boss was a target for Tottenham, but Gold has dismissed that, which has pleased these Spurs fans.

Sarri was with Chelsea for one season and won the UEFA Europa League but was never really accepted by the Chelsea fanbase or settled in England.
However, Tottenham fans don’t have to worry about him arriving at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which has clearly gone down well with these Spurs fans.
