Starting with a relatively recent player. Who is this?

One of the topics that he spent some time on was Jose Mourinho potentially managing the Toon one day.

Tottenham Hotspur sacked Mourinho on Monday after 86 games with Spurs amid claims the players had lost faith in him.

However, Mourinho has always claimed that he loves Newcastle, and Kennedy can see him managing the Toon in the future.

He said: “I’ve said it for about ten years; I have always said exactly the same thing, that Jose Mourinho will end up at Newcastle United one day.

“I’ve still got this weird feeling; I don’t think it’ll be soon. I don’t think he’ll be next. I do think Jose Mourinho will be Newcastle United manager one day, and I still believe he’s a manager who will win things for the rest of his career.

“He’s a serial winner. I think he’ll pop up somewhere and surprise a few people because he always gets written off, but he always comes back, and he will win a trophy or two.”

Do you think Mourinho will ever be Newcastle manager?

Yes, it is possible

TIF Thoughts on Mourinho and Newcastle…

Sir Bobby Robson mentored Mourinho, and that was where his love for Tyneside originated from, and he could have joined the club at one point.

He has always spoken fondly of Tyneside, and though some think he is finished in the Premier League, given his trophy record, you would think he could be an ideal manager to help end the Toon’s trophy drought.

However, we are not sure when or if Mourinho would ever go to St. James’ Park, but it is certainly something that we would like to see happen at some point.
