It’s that time of the year again when images start to emerge of teams’ kits for the upcoming season.

And Footy Headlines have published the first images of what they believe will be Leeds United’s strip for the 2021/22 campaign.

It is a simple design, with the trademark Adidas stripes on the shoulder switching from blue to yellow.

The shirt also features a v-neck, as opposed to this year’s crew neck.

Other than that, it is largely the same as the 20/21 design.

The club will also release two away kits in the coming months.

This season, they opted for blue and green stripes on their away shirt and a patterned maroon third kit.

Leeds are set for a second consecutive season in the top-flight after a successful return.

Marcelo Bielsa’s men are currently 11th in the table on 39 points, a full 13 points clear of the drop zone.

Leeds United fan feed The Square Ball posted the images of the leaks, and here’s how supporters responded.

These Leeds fans are underwhelmed by potential 21/22 kit

“It’s nice, but I get the feeling at least 50 clubs with Adidas will be getting the same design in different colours. Just want something with a bit of thought tbh”

@Josh_T95

“Nothing special”

@billy_kneeshaw

“Yellow on white? Nah”

@wayneleedsfan

“Someone is clearly earning their keep, ground breaking”

@tatts37

“Prefer the blue stripes tbh. This is disappointing.”

@PhilCoulthard

“Hope not. The yellow doesn’t pop enough for me. The home shirt should really always be mainly white and blue with hints of yellow IMO.”

@anonymousL33ds

“Boring again. Not sold on Adidas yet”

@RyanJDay

“Hope they have got that wrong!!!”

@TonyJones1967

“Looks horrid. We can do better.”
