Leeds United supporters have been reacting to Ezgjan Alioski’s underwhelming performance against Sheffield United on Twitter.

Marcelo Bielsa’s men took the lead against the Blades after Raphinha set up Manchester City loanee Jack Harrison for a simple tap-in, but the visitors found a way back into the game via a Ben Osborn strike in first-half injury time.

The equaliser came against the run of play as Leeds had dominated the opening 45 minutes of action at Elland Road, and it’s clear who the fans of the west Yorkshire outfit believe was at fault.

Alioski found himself out of position and directly ahead of centre-back Liam Cooper in the build-up to Sheffield United’s goal, and it appears the several sections of the Whites supporters are becoming increasingly frustrated with the 29-year-old’s performances.

“Alioski and Cooper don’t make the cut for me anymore tbh”

@Haroldininho1987

“Alioski nowhere to be seen again in LB position for goal btw”

@ronaalleeds

“Cannot stress how sick I am of Alioski doing that”

@mishLUFC

“Alioski standing in front of Cooper for their goal”

@ismiseliam

“Alioski is the real weak link in the defense”

@MWJS82

“Alioski is actually playing against us”

@ThomChappell

The North Macedonia international has been heavily linked with a move to Turkish giants Galatasaray this summer and could depart Leeds after four successful seasons with the club.
