has been speaking on the latest episode of the Orta Know Better podcast, where he revealed Leeds United are looking to bring in up to five summer signings.

The west Yorkshire outfit have impressed this season and are currently sitting in 10th position in the .

Marcelo strengthened his squad significantly after winning promotion from the Championship last season, bringing in the likes of Rodrigo, Raphinha, Diego Llorente and Robin Koch for a combined total of £96m.

However, Cross believes Leeds will be looking to add even more quality to their first-team squad in the upcoming window.

Funds may be restricted due to the effects of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, but if the Elland Road side can bring in some quality additions, then a top-half finish may just be on the cards for next season.
