A lot of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to voice their thoughts on the latest news surrounding a reported transfer target of theirs, Adama Traore, with Wolves believed to be willing to sell.

The Yorkshire club have been linked with a potential swoop for the Spaniard in the summer transfer window, according to journalist Dean Jones speaking on Touchline Talk.

Jones said: “Adama is somebody they’ve had their eye on since the start of the season pretty much. Part of this new investment is definitely what they have in their mind, going towards a deal for him.”

In addition, Duncan Castles has said on The Transfer Window podcast that Wolves could look to move Traore on in the summer and reinvest the funds generated to add to their squad.

Castles said: “I’m hearing it’s not just Pedro Neto who is being made available for sale, it’s also Ruben Neves and Adama Traore.”

The Spaniard has failed to live up to the high standards he set for himself in the 2019/20 Premier League season where he was able to register 13 goal involvements – with only two to his name this season.

However, reports suggest Leeds will be one of the sides to make a move for the winger in the summer with an injection of funds expected to be received to help the club in the summer transfer window.

In response to the tweet, many Leeds fans replied with their thoughts on a potential move for the 25-year-old and it was apparent that most were pleased.
