A lot of Leeds United fans have voiced their frustration on Twitter to the latest injury updates ahead of their game against Manchester United on the weekend.

Marcelo Bielsa confirmed in his Friday press conference their £18m-rated striker Rodrigo will miss the game against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, while Raphinha is a major doubt having not returned to training.

Rodrigo has struggled to earn consistent game time this season and a training ground injury has ruled him out of a possible return against the Red Devils.

Leeds suffered a heavy 6-2 defeat in the previous meeting between these two sides earlier in the season and some fans were quick to voice their frustration at Phil Hay’s tweet relaying the news they will have to face United without their record signing and his Brazilian teammate.

“Realy sucks, but I feel this is the moment to give some young lads more game time”

“You’ve ruined my day.”

The Whites currently sit in the top half of the table with Aston Villa two points behind them in 11th-place and with a game in hand on Bielsa’s side.

All in all, it is apparent these Leeds fans have been left unimpressed by Rodrigo’s absences from the squad this season as a result of injury with many expecting more from their record signing, while there doesn’t seem to be much confidence over getting a result with Raphinha also looking set to miss out.
