Celtic pundit Russell Boyce has talked about whether the Hoops should sign Lewis Ferguson from Aberdeen in the summer.
This came after Boyce appeared as a guest on the latest episode of the ‘A Celtic State of Mind’ podcast and along with host Paul John Dykes, he talked about numerous issues involving the Hoops. He was asked about whether the Hoops should move for Ferguson and he made it clear that it’s a move that he definitely sees happening in the future.
Ferguson’s uncle Barry used to ply his trade with Celtic’s Old Firm rivals but he has made it clear that Lewis will find his own path in the game. Amid links to Celtic, he also said that his nephew would be the same player anywhere he goes, so it won’t matter (as per The Daily Record).
Should Celtic replace Brown with Lewis Ferguson?
Yes
No
Boyce believes that Ferguson could be within Celtic’s financial reach, especially if he’s beyond what Rangers can manage to pay for him.

TIF Thoughts on Lewis Ferguson to Celtic…
The 21-year-old Ferguson has been a regular for Aberdeen in the Premiership this season, playing 30 times and scoring eight goals, while picking up two assists. Only one active Aberdeen player has picked up a better rating than Ferguson, which shows his quality as a player.
He is valued at only £2.7 million right now and he already has loads of experience of playing in the Premiership. Celtic are about to lose Scott Brown at the end of the season and Marseille have the option to buy Olivier Ntcham permanently too. So because of his Premiership experience, age and value, Celtic should try to bring Ferguson to Parkhead.
