Fans of Celtic have been reacting to a post on Twitter, in which the Hoops relayed the match report from the club’s recent Scottish Premiership draw with Dundee United.

In the fixture itself, John Kennedy’s side were held to a goalless draw at Tannadice, a result which meant that Celtic’s Old Firm rival’s 20-point lead at the top of the Premiership table has become impossible for the Hoops to close with just six games remaining of the season – thus ending Celtic’s nine-year reign as the Scottish champions.

So, what exactly did these Celtic fans have to say in reaction to the club’s post on Twitter?

“Do us all a favour. Don’t tweet again until we have a new Manager, backroom team and Director of Football. 18 weeks until the UCL Qualifiers. Send the loanees back now and let’s start again. Absolute shambles.”

@Skyseller67

“Pathetic.”

@RyanStevenF

“Go on, tweet well done to Rangers like you know you want to.”

@xmrxymxchxxl67

“You’ve got to be joking, delete the account until further notice.”

@jackhannah18881

“Delete the whole account imo.”

@KingKennyCSC

“Don’t tweet again until a decent manager has been appointed!”

@7govscott

“Take the day off eh?”

@AJThoms214

“Please, just stop.”

All in all, it would appear these Celtic fans were far from happy with their club’s post, and, considering the fact the Hoops just handed their fiercest rivals the Scottish title, we have to say, we can understand why.
