A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have flocked to a post from The Spurs Web, which showed Harry Kane sat down with an ice pack on his knee after he was substituted in Spurs’ 2-0 win over Dinamo Zagreb.
Kane scored both goals to put Tottenham into a commanding position heading into the second leg next week and was brought off by Jose Mourinho in the 84th minute.
However, he was then given an ice pack, though he didn’t look in too much pain judging by the image.
Mourinho confirmed in his press conference that he doesn’t think there is anything to worry about.
However, this image did concern these Tottenham fans.
