Leeds United fans have been reacting to the performance of Tyler Roberts, who is valued at during the first-half of their game against Fulham.
Given their respective places in the league table, tonight was always going to be more about Fulham than it was about Marcelo Bielsa’s side. But as was hinted at in his pre-match interview with Sky Sports, the game still means something to Leeds to make sure they don’t fizzle out and end the season strong.
Tyler Roberts has come under fire from a selection of Leeds fans after causing something of a stir when he was ruled offside in the build-up to Luke Ayling’s disallowed goal.
Indeed, they let him know about it with their comments on social media, with some blaming him for costing them the opening goal for seemingly not knowing how to stay onside:
“Roberts made little effort to get back on side. Bit lazy IMO”
Should Leeds let Roberts go in the summer?
Yes
No
The attacking midfielder currently has the lowest rating (WhoScored) of any outfield player, so you can understand the frustration.
