In Saturday’s 0-0 stalemate with Thomas Tuchel’s side, Llorente highly impressed, with the £18 million-rated defender making three clearances, one interception and two tackles, culminating in a SofaScore match rating of 7.1.

And, following the fixture, the Spain international took to Twitter to share his thoughts on his side’s display, stating his belief that it was a “great effort from the whole team,” before claiming it was “very important to get a clean sheet again.”
