Fans of Celtic have taken to Twitter to criticise the first-half display of Hoops midfielder, Tom Rogic, in the Bhoys’ Scottish Premiership fixture against Ross County.

So far this season, Rogic has featured in 18 league games for Neil Lennon’s side, scoring one goal and providing four assists, as well as averaging a WhoScored match rating of 6.70 – ranking him as the club’s 12th-worst performer in the league, prior to Sunday’s fixture.

Which club did Brown join Celtic from?

However, despite his rather disappointing form so far this term, Lennon opted to start the £1.58 million-rated 28-year-old against Ross County on Sunday, although fans of Celtic appeared far from happy with Rogic’s first-half display, with many taking to Twitter to share their feelings on the midfielder’s lacklustre performance.

Is Rogic done at Celtic?

So, what exactly did these Celtic fans have to say in reaction to X’s first-half performance against Ross County?

“What is the point of Tom Rogic tonight? Absolute waste of a jersey.”

“Rogic fast asleep there.”

“Has Rogic touched the ball? Man down every week.”

“I don’t think Rogic can tackle his dinner. Never wins the ball back.”

“Absolutely no idea why Rogic gets a game nowadays. Adds nothing.”

“Wage thief. Can’t, and never has been able to play 90 mins.”

“Rogic towing a caravan tonight.”

“Every time the ball goes to Rogic the move breaks down. He’s so frustrating to watch.”

All in all, it would appear that these Celtic fans are far from happy with what Rogic has shown against Ross County thus far, and, considering the 28-year-old has already lost possession of the ball 10 times in the first 45 minutes, it is not difficult to see why.
