Many Tottenham Hotspur fans have been discussing the club’s links with a move for Juventus midfielder and former Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey.

Juventus-focused outlet TuttoJuve recently reported that Tottenham are currently monitoring the situation of the Welshman, with Wolves also said to be interested in the former Arsenal midfielder. The report states that the Old Lady could be willing to sell Ramsey for a fee in the region of 10-15 million (£8.7-£13.1m).

The report states that Juve would be happy to let Ramsey go as it could free up some wages to sign Manuel Locatelli from Sassuolo.

This information about Ramsey was relayed on Twitter by The Spurs Express. Many Spurs fans were fuming at this news.

Ramsey is currently valued at £18 million by Transfermarkt and during his time at Arsenal, the Welsh midfielder made 371 appearances for the Gunners. He scored 65 goals and also picked up as many assists for Spurs’ north London rivals.

A nice easy one to start off with, who is Tottenham's record signing?

For Juventus, he has made 55 appearances so far and he has contributed to 10 goals. Some other Spurs fans also made their views clear about the links with the midfielder.

“Not a chance we would want him. Soon to be followed by a quote from him that he wouldn’t want to go to Spurs.”

A lot of these Spurs fans don’t want Ramsey at their club and one fan believes that he isn’t better than Harry Winks.
Ramsey has already had multiple injury issues this season. He had suffered from multiple fitness problems last season, while at Arsenal, the midfielder was constantly plagued by muscle problems (as per Transfermarkt).
Because of that, Spurs shouldn’t look to sign Ramsey and perhaps, look to sign a player who has a much better fitness record – or at least anyone with links to their main rivals that would make their fans this angry.
