Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest footage of Lilywhites full-back Sergio Reguilon.

This comes after Spurs news Twitter account @thespursweb shared a post relaying footage from Reguilon’s official Instagram story that showed him doing keep-ups with a football in his house, showing how close he is to fully recovering from the muscle injury he suffered back in January.

A nice easy one to start off with, who is Tottenham's record signing?

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Spurs fans who were quick to share their responses regarding the Spaniard.

So, what did these Spurs fans have to say in response to this social media footage of Reguilon?

“Cor we need him back”

@London_Lou

“Our Prince!!!”

@SonOfKane10

“Hope he’s fit to play. Ben Davies is running on an empty tank. He hasn’t been rotated in a long time.”

@Horsemouth7

“Needed this, up the spurs”

@lilywhitescoys

“We miss this man so much. Just remember that 2-0 against city when nobody passed him by. Guy is so good.”

@nemo_capitao

“So glad he’s coming back soon. Just hope he doesn’t rush back into it.”

@jas_thfc

“Even if he’s only got one leg play him, I beg”

@chris_hilyer

Looking at the replies to this post, it appears that these Spurs fans are quite excited at seeing this footage of Reguilon and the idea of him being back in action for Jose Mourinho’s side in the coming weeks.

Given how Spurs have only managed to win one Premier League game out of the five previous games Reguilon has missed through injury, his absence could be a factor as to why they have lost so many games in recent weeks.

Has Reguilon been a big miss for Spurs?

No

Also, with the 24-year-old having managed to earn himself a decent season rating of 6.87/10 for his performances in the league and providing three assists along the way, it’s understandable why these Spurs fans would be happy to see him back on the team sheet moving forward for the remainder of the season.
