A nice easy one to start off with, who is Tottenham's record signing?

One of the clubs that he spent a lot of time on was Tottenham Hotspur, and he claimed that via a third party Brendan Rodgers has been offered to Spurs to replace Jose Mourinho.

Tottenham are struggling in the Premier League and find themselves ninth, nine points off the top four, and some players are reportedly unhappy at Mourinho’s training methods.

This has seen Rodgers linked to the job, and now it appears as if he has been offered to Tottenham.

McGarry said: (15:33) “It is our information here at The Transfer Window that alongside [Julian] Nagelsmann Brendan Rodgers has been contacted by a third party. We must stress a third party, who, to our knowledge, is not being mandated by Tottenham Hotspur officially to offer a job to him to replace Jose Mourinho.

“Certainly, there is interest which is quite intense in terms of the growing reputation and also the job that he is doing at Leicester City as manager there, to come into Tottenham Hotspur potentially in the summer.”

Would you like to see Rodgers replace Mourinho?

TIF Thoughts on Rodgers…

The Northern Irishman has done a brilliant job with the Foxes since he took over, and this season, he has them sat in third place six points clear of fifth.

Rodgers has transformed this Leicester side, and it is no wonder that clubs like Tottenham are interested.

However, given that Spurs are 13 points behind Leicester, would Rodgers even see a move to north London as a step-up?

It is possible that he wouldn’t; however, should Spurs decide to get rid of Mourinho, then we think that they could do a lot worse than appointing the former Liverpool boss.
