Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest injury update concerning Sergio Reguilon after an update was provided ahead of tonight’s match.
This comes after Spurs news Twitter account @TheSpursExpress shared a post on their page relaying comments from Spurs boss Jose Mourinho during his latest press conference ahead of the club’s Premier League match against Manchester City later this evening.
During the press conference, Mourinho revealed that Reguilon will not be able to play a part against City, but he “has a chance to play” in their Europa League clash against Wolfsberger AC in midweek.
This post then sparked a lot of replies from Spurs fans who were quick to share their thoughts over this latest update – many of them were quite rightly buzzing.

“Phew…. save him for the bubble blowers”

“Having Davies as cover for Reguilon is like your Ferarri breaking down then being given a Fiat as a curtesy car”

Given how the 24-year-old has earned himself a solid averate rating of 6.87 for his Premier League performances so far. He has managed to provide three assists along the way, which has him third to only Harry Kane and Heung-min Son this term.
