Leeds United fans have been reacting to some rather impressive numbers put up by summer signing Raphinha during their loss to Everton.
Marcelo Bielsa’s men put in an impressive performance against the Toffees, having more shots, possession and more shots on target than their opponents, but didn’t manage to turn that into a win. However, one player who really can’t be blamed for his role in the game was the 23-year-old Brazilian who they paid £17m for in the summer.
Not only did he manage to get them back in the game with a well-taken finish, but as the stats from @LUFCDATA showed, he put in a rather impressive all-round performance in both attack and defence. So it was no wonder that Leeds United fans were so enamoured with him on social media afterwards:
“He is a class above the rest No ifs whats buts to it he’s phenomenal for us”
