Leeds United fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest video of Whites attacker Tyler Roberts.

This comes after the official Leeds Twitter account shared a post on their page that contained a video of Roberts speaking to the club’s media after the Yorkshire club fell to a 1-0 defeat against Wolves on Friday night.

Nice easy one to start off with, what number does Phillips wear for Leeds United?

In his post-match interview, Roberts laughed after being asked whether or not Liam Cooper should have been on the scoresheet in the latter stages of the match, which didn’t go down too well with these Leeds fans.

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Leeds supporters who were not amused by what they saw in the video.

So, what did these Leeds fans have to say in response to this video of Roberts after the Wolves defeat?

“I beg you stop smiling and laughing after a defeat.”

@JakeTaylor200

“What an awful attitude”

@leedsutd_exile

“I know you have to move on quickly and not dwell but cmon Tyler . Didnt deserve a defeat but you look like your feet were been tickled with a feather. Atleast look bothered by the result.”

@ap_jeffrey

“Stop smiling”

@LewisGloverr

“Sell him”

@yonidaworld

“Did nothing at all! No idea why he is smiling.”

@dunlupo

“Why is he laughing!? I know his performance was a joke but come on”

@DBauer191

“You aint good enough. If club wants to go where they say they do then need better than him. Only 1 year left on contract. Let him go in summer. Thanks for getting us up”

@ScottLUFC2

He wasn’t good enough in the championship, he certainly isn’t now. Get rid. #lufc

@WayneGlenn1

Looking at the replies to this post, it seems that these Leeds fans were not impressed by Roberts’ positive attitude and demeanour during his post-match interview after the Wolves defeat.

In our view, even though his team lost on the night, the £47k-per-week attacker shouldn’t hide his personality or try and purposely remain negative and downbeat in his post-match interview.

Is Tyler Roberts good enough to play for Leeds in the PL?

Yes

Yes

No

No

However, with the 22-year-old Welshman only managing to earn himself a disappointing match rating of 6.09/10 for his performance against the Midlands club, perhaps he should focus on his efforts on the pitch instead of his media duties off it.
