Many Celtic fans were not happy with what they saw from Jeremie Frimpong in the first half of their game against Hibernian.
The hosts were missing as many as thirteen players following their much-criticised trip to Dubai, so the team that was eventually selected would have to put on a bit of a show to try and keep their incredibly faint hopes of winning the league title alive.
However, one person who didn’t seem to get that message was Frimpong. The right-back has been pretty useful so far this season, managing to contribute five assists from defence across all competitions this season, but it looks as if his displays didn’t do much to endear him to the Celtic fans that were watching on at home:
“Wee Frimpong needs to cross the ball quicker…Harper made a good run off the nibs defence in a counter attack there expecting the ball whipped in, but JF held onto it as per”
Only a young boy, Frimpong has been honkin plenty games anaw

Is Frimpong a winger or a defender?
Winger
Defender
Crosses certainly aren’t his strong point as he only manages 0.5 per game on average, so perhaps it might be something for him to work on in training, regardless of what country he’s in.
