Celtic fans seem ready to boot one of their players out the door, amidst reports of interest from a Premier League team.
According to a claim from journalist Anthony Joseph, West Brom are interested in bringing in Olivier Ntcham this window and have already have an initial enquiry over his services. This isn’t the first time this season that the Frenchman has been on the brink of leaving Parkhead this campaign, as he was courted by French clubs Bordeaux and Brest back in the summer transfer window.
He hasn’t found going all that easy in recent weeks at Celtic, starting less than half of their games this campaign, and being reduced to a substitute in recent weeks in Neil Lennon’s side.
So when news came through to the fans that he could be on his way out, fans didn’t seem too eager to hang on to him:
“Great player but hasn’t been utilised properly and hasn’t looked motivated when he has played.”
Would you mind if Olivier Ntcham was sold by Celtic?
Yes, he needs to stay
No, he's not that good
Given where Celtic are right now and how far behind bitter rivals Rangers they are in the league, they may need all the money they can get in order to rebuild for next season, and starting off by selling someone like Ntcham might just be the first piece of the puzzle.
