Celtic fans aren’t too impressed with the idea of Eddie Howe becoming the next man in the dugout.
Pressure has been mounting on current manager Neil Lennon for some time now, and there’s been plenty of talk about who should be the man to take over if he were to depart the club. Speaking earlier in the week (The Celtic Huddle podcast, quoted by The Daily Record), former Celtic man Mark Burchill claimed that the former AFC Bournemouth boss would ‘seriously consider’ taking the job.
However, those on the Glasgow Celtic Champions Facebook page didn’t seem to be too thrilled with the idea, with many doubting his credentials and thinking he won’t be able to take on such a task:

Having once being touted as the next England manager, there are certainly those that think he is destined for good things, and getting Celtic back challenging near the top of the table again would be one way to get his career back on track.
