Celtic fans on Facebook have been reacting to the latest comments from former Hoops star Henrik Larsson.
When asked about a potential return to Celtic in a coaching capacity, Larsson had this to say on the matter.
He said: “Time will tell if things are going to be like that. It’s impossible for me to give an answer that isn’t misinterpreted by some. So as I say, time will tell if things will be like that.”
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Hoops fans who were quick to share their thoughts on what the former striker had to say.
So, what did these Celtic fans make of Larsson’s comments?
Some Celtic fans were not interested in seeing the former Hoops man take charge of the club.
Some Hoops fans, however, were rather positive about the idea of Larsson managing the club at some point in the future.
Larsson scored a total of 33 goals in 57 appearances for Celtic during his spell at Parkhead. Since retiring as a player back in 2009, the 49-year-old is currently the assistant manager at Spanish side Barcelona.
Would you like to see Larsson mange Celtic one day?
Looking at the replies to this post, it seems that the idea of Larsson coming back to Celtic as their manager has split this group of Hoops supporters.
With some Celtic fans recently calling current Bhoys manager Neil Lennon to be sacked after to losing Rangers at the weekend, maybe Larsson could be in line for a return to Parkhead sooner than expected.
