Supporters of Tottenham Hotspur have recently gushed over a transfer link which has emerged between Spurs and Southampton striker Danny Ings.

According to a recent report by EuroSport from journalist Dean Jones, Jose Mourinho’s side are planning a summer transfer move for the Saints’ English frontman.

It is claimed that the player was expected to sign a new contract at St. Mary’s Stadium at the end of 2020, however, he is now ‘stalling’ over the offer.

Supposedly, it is due to this that Tottenham are ‘planning to explore’ whether or not the striker is ‘seriously considering his future’.

By next season, EuroSport believes that Mourinho will have a squad that he is ‘completely satisfied with’ at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The claims in this report were shared on Twitter by Last Word On Spurs and they had lots of fans talking.
