Leeds United picked up an important three points at the King Power Stadium on Sunday afternoon, as they ran out 3-1 winners over Leicester City.
It wasn’t the ideal start for Marcelo Bielsa’s side, as they fell behind after 13 minutes, as Harvey Barnes opened the scoring with a well-placed finish past Illan Meslier in the Leeds goal.
But the Yorkshire-based side wasted no time in finding the equaliser on the day, as Stuart Dallas finished off a swift attacking move to see the teams head into half-time level.
Patrick Bamford and Jack Harrison then got themselves on the scoresheet in the second-half to see Leeds pick up the win at the King Power Stadium.
The result means that Leeds are now sat 12th in the Premier League, and are 15 points clear of the relegation zone after 20 matches in this year’s campaign.
One player that came in for criticism from some sections of Leeds United’s supporters was Helder Costa, with the winger coming on as a second-half substitute.
Costa has made 12 senior appearances in all competitions for Leeds this season, but has struggled for a starting spot in Bielsa’s squad since Raphinha came into the starting XI.
Plenty of the Elland Road faithful took to social media to voice their frustrations over Costa’s performance against Leicester City, despite their side picking up three points.
