Nice easy one to start off with, what number does Phillips wear for Leeds United?

However, during the game, lots of Leeds fans flocked to Twitter to share their disappointment over what they saw from Costa against the League Two side, which wasn’t helped by the 3-0 score line.

So, what did these Leeds fans have to say about Costa’s performance against Crawley?

“Helder Costa isnt even up to Crawley’ level”

@LucasG1998

“Costa is trash”

@nickhort14

Maybe asking too much but shouldn’t Costa be doing more here? #lufc”

@stephenfoster81

“Costa adds nowt, get him off”

@LUFC_Henry

“Embarrassing is the only word for this. Surely that’s Casilla and Costa out of here now. Wrong subs at half time didn’t help at all so Bielsa takes the flak there. But goodbye Kiko”

@APA_89

other than a few good touches, costa offers absolutely nothing #lufc

@Jack__Doyle

“Don’t no why, but Costa just infuriates me. He’s got in him to be a good player! Yet seems such a lightweight”

@whitesscott92

Costa just has no confidence at all #lufc”

@MWJS82

“#lufc kiko and costa should never be in a Leeds shirt ever again”

@maycockjake1

Looking at these tweets from this group of Leeds fans, it’s clear that they were not happy with Costa and his performance against Crawley, and who can blame them as he received a four rating out of 10 (Leeds Live).

Do you think Helder Costa is good enough to play for Leeds?

Yes

Yes

No

No

Given how the 26-year-old has only managed to play nine minutes out of Leeds’ five previous Premier League games, this could suggest that he is not up to speed to play with the rest of the team at the minute.

Moving forward, it’ll be interesting to see just how many appearances the winger will make for Leeds throughout the remainder of the season.
