Fans of Leeds United have been reacting to a post on Facebook, which relayed a report regarding Chelsea centre-back, Fikayo Tomori.
The article by Leeds Live put forward the argument that, although they understand that Marcelo Bielsa’s side are not currently interested in the £15.3 million-rated defender, Tomori would be the perfect signing for the Whites in January.
With Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard, confirming that the England international would be available on a loan deal this month, Leeds Live state their belief that that the 23-year-old would be a great fit for the Elland Road side, as he ‘possesses a great deal of qualities Bielsa values in his defenders’, such as his ‘recovery pace and agility’ as well as his ‘short-range pass completion rates’.
And, after the publication shared their report on Facebook, fans of Leeds flocked to have their say on the matter, with some appearing to agree with Leeds Live that Tomori would be a good fit for their side, while others seemed to feel differently.
Would Tomori be a good signing for Leeds?
So, what exactly did these Leeds United fans have to say in reaction to the article about Fikayo Tomori?
All in all, it would appear that opinion amongst these Leeds fans is somewhat split regarding whether signing Tomori would be worthwhile, with some stating their belief that the defender is precisely what is needed by the club, while others simply rejected the idea of Leeds making a move for the centre-back.
