Supporters of Celtic have recently reacted to a claim on Celtic’s squad which was made by the Hoops’ manager, Neil Lennon.

According to the sports editor at Radio Clyde, Alison Conroy, Lennon has claimed that he will ‘use the Celtic squad’ in tonight’s game against LOSC Lille.

The French outfit travel to Celtic Park to take on the Bhoys in an 8pm kick-off in Celtic’s final group game of the Europa League (per Transfermarkt).

Conroy’s tweet went on to explain that fans should ‘expect‘ to see David Turnbull, Ismaila Soro and Patryk Kilmala feature for the Hoops.

Lots of the Parkhead faithful then flocked to this post to air their reactions to it.

Which club did Brown join Celtic from?

So, what did these Celtic fans have to say about the squad claim from Neil Lennon?

In the reverse tie of tonight’s fixture, Lennon’s side earned a 2-2 draw at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy with two goals from Mohamed Elyounoussi.

Is it a wise move to use the squad against LOSC Lille tonight?

Going into the final group game of the Europa League, the Hoops have no chance of progressing to the knockout stages of the competition (per BBC).

In fact, the previous 2-2 draw with Lille was the only point which Lennon’s side has picked up during the Europa League’s group stage (per Transfermarkt).

As can be seen in these responses from Celtic fans, there was seemingly a lot of frustration circling with the club’s manager after he claimed he would be using the squad against the French outfit.
