Supporters of Celtic have recently aired their reactions to a transfer rumour regarding the Hoops’ French striker Odsonne Edouard.
According to iNews24, as cited by the Daily Record, Italian giants AC Milan could target the Bhoys’ frontman as an heir to Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Instead of Edouard, it is also touted that Stefano Pioli’s side could make a move for either Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca or Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland.
In the Daily Record’s report, it is claimed that the Hoops have previously valued the Frenchman at around the £30m mark.
This report was picked up by The Celtic Star and then shared on the Celtic News Now Facebook page, which had lots of fans talking.

The 22-year-old attacker currently has until the summer of 2022 left on his contract with Celtic and a market value of £13.5m according to Transfermarkt.

So far this season, Edouard has made 11 appearances in the Premiership for the Bhoys, in which he has bagged five goals and provided one assist for a teammate (per WhoScored).
The striker’s performances over those 11 outings have earned him an impressive 7.15/10 average rating, making him the fifth-best performer in Celtic’s squad.
