A lot of Celtic fans have replied to a post from Celtic Insider on Facebook that has relayed news from Football Insider concerning Martin O’Neill.
The website claims that the Hoops are interested in bringing in Martin O’Neill to replace Neil Lennon, but the former Celtic boss is not interested in returning.
It is also claimed that discreet proposals have been made with the Bhoys on a torrid run of form that has seen them win one of their last 11 matches under Lennon.
This has drawn the attention of these Celtic fans who don’t think anyone will want the job, so are not surprised that O’Neill is apparently not interested.

Celtic are looking for their tenth Scottish Premiership title in a row, but they are an incredible 13 points behind Rangers and are also out of the Europa League and the Scottish League Cup.
The pressure on Lennon is now huge, and surely this poor run of form can’t continue?
If they were to get rid of Lennon, O’Neill could be a good option considering he won seven trophies with Celtic in the past.
However, it seems as if he is not interested, so we will have to see what happens.
