Many Celtic supporters have flocked to social media in order to respond to a Twitter post from sports journalist Ronnie Charters, in which he shared some footage of the players being ‘escorted out’ of Parkhead following their disappointing draw with St. Johnstone.
The visitors took the lead through Chris Kane but fortunately for Neil Lennon, his side responded shortly afterwards through Mohamed Elyounoussi to ensure they at least earned themselves a point (as per BBC Sport).
In his post, the journalist described the Celtic squad as ‘despondent’ and reported that they were met outside the stadium by angry supporters ‘booing and confronting’ the group when they left.
How have these fans responded to Ronnie Charters’ post on the Celtic squad?

It’s clear from the above responses that these fans are unhappy with their team’s recent displays, with some even suggesting that the players might have deserved to receive the reception they faced outside of the stadium.
Lennon’s side now sit 13 points behind rivals Rangers and in our view, unless they turn their form around sooner rather than later, they will struggle to win their tenth successive Scottish Premiership title this season.
