Celtic fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest social media post from the Parkhead club.
This comes after the official Celtic Twitter account shared a post on their page that contained video footage of the Hoops’ second goal from their 3-0 win over Hamilton Academical, which originated from Sky Sports.
This footage showed Celtic strikers Odsonne Edouard and Leigh Griffiths linking up to score the second goal of the game that Griffiths put away with a tidy shot.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Hoops fans who were quick to share their thoughts on this footage.
Edouard opened the scoring against Hamilton with a penalty in the second half before Griffiths and a goal from David Turnbull secured all three points for the Hoops.
Looking at the replies to this post it appears that these Celtic fans were over the moon with this goal from Griffiths and his link-up play with Edouard in the build-up to it. Of course, Celtic fans won’t be the only ones pleased to see this, as Chris Sutton urged Griffiths and Edouard to spark fire up top.
With Celtic currently 16 points behind league leaders Rangers with three games in-hand still to play, these Hoops fans will undoubtedly be hoping that the pair can continue linking up well with each other and scoring goals to help close the gap at the top of the table.
