Supporters of Celtic have called for former West Bromwich Albion manager Slaven Bilic to replace Neil Lennon at Celtic Park.

On Wednesday, it was announced that the Baggies had parted company with the Croatian and replaced him with Sam Allardyce at The Hawthorns.

The sacking comes at a time when Celtic have been struggling, with the Bhoys having just gone through a sticky patch of form (per Transfermarkt).

To further add to that, the Hoops have recently been knocked out of the Europa League and the Scottish League Cup.

This led to multiple Celtic fans calling for the club to appoint Bilic after he was sacked by West Brom.

It has previously been reported that the Croatian gaffer was interested in sitting in the hot seat at Celtic Park (per Sky Sports).

That was back in May 2019 and the speculation came as it was unclear if the Hoops were going to extend Lennon’s contract after he had re-joined the club on a short-term deal.

As can be seen in these tweets from Celtic supporters, there were plenty of them that would be keen to see Bilic replace Lennon at Parkhead.
