A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have been discussing Davinson Sanchez’s performance in the Lilywhites’ 3-1 EFL Cup win over Stoke City on Wednesday evening

The Colombia international played the entirety of this game alongside Eric Dier at the heart of Spurs’ defence and in his post-match player ratings for this contest, Football.London’s Rob Guest handed the 24-year-old a 6/10 rating for his performance versus Stoke.

The journalist explained that he felt Sanchez had little to do in the first half, while the £36m-rated centre-back’s poor positioning played a part in allowing Stoke to score their only goal of the game in the 53rd minute.

So, what did these Tottenham Hotspur fans have to say about Sanchez’s performance versus Stoke City?

Many of the Spurs fans who have been discussing the Colombian on Twitter following their side’s clash with Stoke were quite critical in their assessment of Sanchez’s performance in this game.
