A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have been responding to a tweet that has been posted by Spurs news Twitter account @thespursweb which shared some recent comments from Lilywhites left-back Sergio Reguilon.
The Spaniard, who joined the north London club from reigning La Liga champions Real Madrid in the summer transfer window for £27m, recently claimed that Tottenham’s players have “even more desire” than the club’s fans to end their trophy drought, with the north London club without a major trophy win since their 2007/08 League Cup triumph.
Additionally, as shared by @thespursweb, Reguilon has also revealed that the squad is aiming to: “Qualify for the Champions League and win a trophy” this season.
