Fans of Tottenham Hotspur have taken to Twitter to slam Serge Aurier’s performance against Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.
Aurier, who has been in and out of the Spurs side at right-back so far this season, was given the opportunity to impress from the start of the Crystal Palace fixture, being given the nod by Jose Mourinho over Matt Doherty.
However, despite leading Palace for most of the match, in the 80th minute, Aurier conceded a free-kick which led to the south London side equalising, resulting in many Tottenham fans taking to Twitter to criticise the Spurs defender.

All in all, it would seem that many of these Spurs fans were not happy with the display of Aurier, with many left unimpressed by the 27-year-old’s apparent carelessness in giving away the free-kick which eventually led to Palace’s equaliser, while others simply slated his performance in general.
