Fans of Tottenham Hotspur have taken to Twitter to critics the performance of Harry Kane in the club’s 2-1 defeat to Liverpool on Wednesday evening.
In the fixture, Spurs fell behind to a wickedly deflected first-half Mohamed Salah strike on the 26-minute mark. However, Jose Mourinho’s side drew level shortly afterwards through Son Heung-min’s composed finish, a goal which looked to have earned the north London side a point from the top-of-the-table clash, only for Roberto Firmino to score a 90th-minute winner for Jurgen Klopp’s team.
However, Spurs had chances to take the lead with the score still level, not least when Harry Kane sent his unmarked header over the Liverpool crossbar from a corner midway through the second half.
And, in reaction to the defeat, many Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to criticise the striker’s performance in the fixture.
So, what exactly did these Tottenham Hotspur fans have to say regarding Harry Kane’s performance against Liverpool?
