Many Leeds United fans have flocked to Twitter to share their frustrations over Jack Harrison’s performance during the Yorkshire club’s recent 6-2 defeat to Manchester United.
Goals from Scott McTominay, Bruno Fernandes, Dan James and Victor Lindelof safely secured all three points for the home side.
For Leeds, goals from Liam Cooper and Stuart Dallas couldn’t do anything to change the result of the game, but it was Harrison who caught the attention of many Leeds fans for all the wrong reasons.
So, what did these Leeds fans have to say about Harrison’s performance at Old Trafford?
Rodrigo probably covered about 1km, was awful, didn’t track back, raphinhas touch was awful, harrison was awful, dallas scored but was awful. Defensively awful. Was a bad day at the office, naive and error ridden, just need to forget it, move on and beat Burnley next week #lufc

The 24-year-old, who is currently valued at £8.1 million, is currently on a season-long loan deal at Elland Road from fellow Premier League side Manchester City (per Transfermarkt).
Harrison is not a player for Premier. This is already very clear. How long will Harrison have opportunities? @Leeds_argentina

I hope the players do an internal fine system. Harrison is paid too much money to miss the target from 8 yards #LUFC

Did Jack Harrison have his worst game for Leeds against Man United?
Yes
No
I mean we’ve been woeful. But Harrison minus the goal against Newcastle has been awful for a good 5 games now. #lufc

Sums it up does that, everyone leaves it then Harrison smashed it wide. Useless. #LUFC

Raphinha on left and Harrison on right is absolutely pointless, neither works #lufc

Looking at this group of tweets from these Leeds fans, it’s clear that they were not happy with Harrison’s display against United.
Given how Leeds Live gave the Englishman a match rating of 5/10 and saying that his “deliveries in the final third, when the team needed them, still weren’t quite on point,” which suggests that these Leeds fans were right to share their criticism for the winger.
Hopefully, Harrison can put this performance behind him and focus on his next appearance for the club.
