Leeds United fans on Twitter have been sharing their criticism for Whites full-back Ezgjan Alioski and his performance in the first half of the Yorkshire club’s Premier League clash against Burnley at Elland Road.

Coming off the back of a very disappointing 6-2 defeat against Manchester United, Marcelo Bielsa’s side are looking to bounce back to winning form against the travelling Burnley side.

Nice easy one to start off with, what number does Phillips wear for Leeds United?

During the first half of the match against the Lancashire club, many Leeds fans decided to share their thoughts on Alioski’s performance in the game.

So, what did these Leeds fans have to say about Ezgjan Alioski’s first-half performance against Burnley?

“My only problem with alioski really is that he often makes the wrong choice, goes for the long ball rather than the short and shoots instead of cutting back”

@KingdomOfKlich

“Alioski needs to sort his crossing out.”

@DanielsJoshdf

“Alioski should’ve passed to Rodrigo, greedy”

@__alaw__

“Alioski truely awful”

@_Andy_Neill

“Alioski wastes quality chances all the time”

@dzialowskimatt

Alioski is a dog. Needs dropping”

“Alioski has the composure of a 3 month old puppy”

Looking at this group of tweets from this bunch of Leeds fans, it’s clear that they were not happy with what they saw from Alioski during the first half of the match against Burnley.

Were you disappointed by Alioski's first-half performance against Burnley?

Given how Alioski earned himself a very poor match rating of 5.38/10 for his performance against Manchester United, he certainly now has to prove himself again in this game against Burnley to the Leeds fans.

If the 28-year-old wants to get these Leeds fans back on his side and to be not criticising him on Twitter, he will now need to put in a better performance in the second half against Burnley than he did in the first.
