Leeds United fans have flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on Whites midfielder Pablo Hernandez after he made a cameo appearance during their midweek win over Newcastle United in the Premier League.
Goals from Patrick Bamford, Jack Harrison, Rodrigo, Stuart Dallas and Ezgjan Alioski secured the three points at Elland Road against Steve Bruce’s side in a 5-2 thriller.
Despite only coming on as a substitute in the 82nd minute, Hernandez managed to grab two assists for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
After the match ended, lots of Leeds fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the Spaniard’s successful cameo.

Prior to this latest match against Newcastle, Hernandez had only made four appearances for Leeds in the Premier League but hadn’t managed to score a goal or provide an assist for his team (per Transfermarkt).

Looking at these tweets from this group of Leeds fans, it’s clear to see that they were delighted with what they saw from the Spaniard when he came on against Newcastle, and taking into account that he grabbed himself two assists, it’s fair to say that he had a big impact on the match.
Even though he came on too late in the match to earn himself a rating from Leeds Live, they called his assists “lovely” and that they “missed” seeing him in action.
