Supporters of Leeds United have flocked to a post which was shared on Twitter by Swedish centre-back Pontus Jansson.
For the defender’s current club Brentford, Jansson has not made their matchday squad during their previous two fixtures in the Championship (per Transfermarkt).
On Thursday afternoon, the player revealed that he was back in training and relayed a Christmas message to supporters (per Pontus Jansson).
Not only did he wish a Merry Christmas to Brentford fans, but also to fans of Malmo and Leeds United.
This had lots of Whites supporters flocking to it to air their reactions.

Leeds initially signed the centre-back on loan from Torino during the summer of 2016 and a year later, the club sealed his permanent arrival for £3.6m (per Transfermarkt).
In the summer of 2019, the Swede then left the club and joined the Bees in a deal worth £5.54m.

During his time at Elland Road, the 29-year-old centre-back, who is valued at £4.95 million (as per Transfermarkt), made 120 appearances for the club in which he managed to bag nine goals and provide four assists for teammates (per Transfermarkt).
