Starting with an easy one what shirt number does Bamford wear for Leeds United?

One of the topics which he spent some time on was potential outgoing players in January either on permanent deals or loan deals, and one player that he mentioned who could be going out on loan is Tyler Roberts.

The 21-year-old has made six Premier League appearances this season, but his average rating of 6.11 is very poor and ranks him as the second-worst player in the Leeds squad this season.

As well as this, he hasn’t appeared in four of the last six games for Marcelo Bielsa’s men, and Cross revealed that though there is an argument for him going out on loan, it is unlikely that he will.

He said: “There’s certainly an argument for maybe more of the established players who aren’t quite getting the minutes for maybe going out [on loan].

“I just think they’re going to need people like Tyler Roberts.

“Bielsa is just not going to want to lose people.

“If nobody is coming in, then I don’t really think that Bielsa would want to lose anybody for squad depth.”

Do you think Roberts should go out on loan?

Yes, he needs game time

No, we should keep him in the squad

TIF Thoughts on Roberts and him potentially going out on loan…

Roberts is naturally a second striker but he has also played as an attacking midfielder this season, and the likes of  Rodrigo has found himself playing both roles this season.

The Welsh international started the season off regularly in the team, but his game time has steadily reduced, and you could argue that he could do with a spell on loan at another club.

However, if Cross is right then, Bielsa will not want to lose Roberts.

Though, we think that given his lack of game time recently, Roberts might benefit from a loan move to another team to try and get more first-team minutes.
