Charles Watts has been talking on the latest edition of his YouTube show about all things Arsenal after the Gunners lost 2-1 to Everton.

In what month did Mikel Arteta take over as the Arsenal boss?

The defeat to the Toffees means that Arsenal have now won just one of their last ten league games and are four points above the relegation zone.

This led Watts to slam Arsenal, and one thing that he noticed, which he thinks indicates problems in the dressing room was the number of arguments that seemed to be happening on the pitch.

He said: (6:24) “I thought one of the big things to come from the game that I really noticed was the amount of bickering between the players on the pitch.

“It’s clearly not a happy dressing room at the moment.

“Even when it was still 0-0, the players straight away were just arguing between themselves.

(7:23) “There were just fights all around the pitch; you often see that at times but I thought it was really noticeable.

“This run of results [and] the mood around the place is clearly taking its toll on the players, and the frustrations are beginning to boil over.”

Do you think there are problems in the dressing room?

TIF Thoughts on the Arsenal dressing room…

There have been claims that members of the Gunners’ dressing room are not happy with Mikel Arteta, and after a run of one league win in ten, we are not really surprised.

Certainly, Watts seems to think that there are problems in the dressing room.

This was another poor performance from the Gunners as they managed 13 shots with only two on target.

Things don’t look like they get any easier either as they face Manchester City in the Carabao Cup and then play Chelsea in the league.

So by the end of that run, Arsenal could be in serious trouble, and we feel that if there are problems in the dressing room, then Arteta could be in trouble.
