Fans of Celtic have been reacting to a post on Twitter in which Shane Duffy commented on the club’s progression to the Scottish Cup final.
The Bhoys’ 2-0 victory over Aberdeen in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup was the eighth match in a row in which Celtic have defeated Aberdeen at Hampden Park, with the last time that Celtic were on the losing side of a clash against the Pittodrie side at the national stadium coming all the way back in 1992.
In reflection on the match, Celtic defender, Shane Duffy, took to Twitter, sharing a link to a post of his on Instagram, as well as stating: ‘Good win into the final! Step by step getting there.’

Celtic went into the match having not won in their previous four fixtures, having lost to Rangers and drawn with Aberdeen in their last two Premiership encounters, as well as losing to AC Milan and drawing with LOSC Lille in the Europa League.
